The Black Belt is my spin on a pub favorite, the Black and Tan. The Black Belt features one of Minnesota’s favorite beers, Grain Belt Premium, as a pale lager base with a complement to the darker, dry stout Guinness. While there are many variations on the original Black and Tan (or Half and Half) recipe, this one has a distinct Minnesota flavor. Enjoy!
